supermarket is about 2 blocks away. The closest shopping malls are Miramar and
Buenavista. The apartment is near Villa Santos park and the Miramar viewpoint.

per month for the room is 600.000 for private or 500.000 for shared - This
includes rent, a meal (preferable lunch), and weekly laundry. Also services like Internet, water, power and gas.
Additionally
of providing the included meal, and the wash of clothing the Kitchen and the
washer will be available at any time for the person renting the room. The
kitchen comes complete with pots, pans, cutting boards, dishes, glassware, and
fridge.
The
building has a pool, a 24 hour security service, and an event hall.
